Travel
October is a very popular time in Napa / Sonoma due to the harvest season. We recommend booking accommodations earlier rather than later to assure availability.
Airports

90 minute drive to Napa and loads of access to rental car options. Also, the drive through SF, across the Golden Gate Bridge and southern Sonoma is beautiful.

Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is also about 90 minutes from Napa so it is a great secondary option for those flying in.

Napa County Airport (APC) is only 10 minutes from downtown and is generally a private airport, but JSX has flights direct to APC from both Burbank and John Wayne Airport.

Buchanan Field Airport (CCR) is 40 minutes from Nap and is similar to ACP in the sense it only has limited commercial flights. JSX has flights into CCR from Burbank, John Wayne and Las Vegas.

$$$ - Good option for a resort feel, outside of downtown napa with beautiful pool and vineyards. It is 10 minutes from the wedding venue.

$$$ - Excellent option to be in the heart of downtown napa (easy to book with chase points by transferring to hyatt, my favorite tip)

$$ - Currently the most cost effective option available within a few minutes of downtown and a close drive to the venue.
